This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your enquiry or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Your data will be deleted after final processing of your enquiry, i.e. when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion. Anything else only applies if you have expressly consented to further use of your data or if we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you below.

Our website uses external fonts from Typekit Typekit is a service provided by Adobe Systems Inc, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA. When you visit our website, your browser establishes a connection to the Adobe Typekit servers so that the fonts can be integrated. To deliver the font files to your browser, your IP address is transmitted to an Adobe server.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

- Information: in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you can request information about your personal data processed by us, in particular about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details;

- Correction / completion: in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you can immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;

- Deletion: in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you can request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;

- Restriction of processing: in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

- Data portability: in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you may receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or request that it be transmitted to another controller and

- Complaint: to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters; and

- Objection: If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation.
